In 1998 I came into drum-n-bass culture from experimental, from mid-90’s was carried away by works of Aphex Twin and different break-experimentalists.
From 2000 began collecting vinyl of different DNB styles (from Ed Rush, Hardware, technoid to sunshine liquid).
Then I played in different clubs and towns of Estonia, promoted different party series (Love Session, Flashback) in Tartu. Which I continue to do now as well. I concentrate on compiling line-up of different styles and directions, not only DNB, and, when it is possible, I try to invite live musicians.
I am a resident DJ of famous project “Sensibass” from Tartu, whose parties are beyond only electronic music.
On a present moment I am keen on a Mush Up New Jungle, on a new and not yet very widespread style – “Ragga Liquid” and Dubstep.
In my sets I stick to the positive tracks, trying to show people that DNB is not only flat-angry-techno-madness =)
